Refund Policy

At Holoverit, we are committed to providing the best possible service for slot machine repairs and maintenance. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, we offer a clear and fair refund policy. Please review the terms below to understand how refunds are processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

1.1 Refunds will only be provided for services that have been paid for but not rendered or for services that have not been completed as per the agreed-upon terms.
1.2 If the repair service was not performed satisfactorily or if the issue persists after the repair, you may be eligible for a refund or additional service at no extra cost.
1.3 To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of the service completion date.

2. Refund Process

2.1 To request a refund, you must provide a written request via email to support@holoverit.com or call our customer service
2.2 You will be required to provide details of the service provided, the issue you encountered, and any supporting documentation.
2.3 Our team will review your request and, if eligible, process your refund within 5-7 business days.
2.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made via check, refunds will be issued in the form of a check.

3. Non-Refundable Services

3.1 The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that were completed successfully and the slot machine is functioning properly.
  • Diagnostic services where the customer chooses not to proceed with repairs after diagnostics have been completed.
  • Services that were requested and completed but the issue was not related to the slot machine or outside of our repair scope.

4. Service Delays

4.1 We strive to complete all services within the estimated time frame. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as parts availability or additional technical issues.
4.2 In the event of a delay, we will notify you immediately and provide a revised timeline for the completion of the service.
4.3 Service delays will not automatically result in a refund, but we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
