1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Holoverit, including repair, maintenance, diagnostics, and restoration of slot machines.
1.2 By booking a service, you confirm that you are authorized to make decisions on behalf of the casino or business requesting the repair.
1.3 Holoverit reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Service Agreement

2.1 All repair services will be carried out by our professional technicians, who will provide an estimated time for completion based on the nature of the repair.
2.2 You agree to pay for the services rendered according to the quoted price or as outlined in a service agreement.
2.3 Any repair delays due to unforeseen complications will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Payment for services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 All payments must be made via the approved methods outlined in the invoice.
3.3 If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, a late fee of 5% per month will be applied.

4. Warranty

4.1 Holoverit offers a warranty on all repairs performed. The warranty period is typically 30–90 days depending on the type of service.
4.2 The warranty covers any issues directly related to the original problem. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.
4.3 If the same issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no extra charge.

5. Liability

5.1 Holoverit is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries that occur during the use of slot machines after repair.
5.2 We are not responsible for any data loss or software issues that arise during repairs. We recommend backing up any data before repair.
5.3 Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair services provided.

6. Termination

6.1 Holoverit reserves the right to terminate a service agreement at any time if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 You may terminate the service agreement before work begins by notifying Holoverit in writing.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Holoverit operates.
7.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
